  • Return Goods to Us within 14 days of cancellation, unused and in original packaging, at your own cost.

Faulty/Damaged Goods:

  • If Goods are defective or damaged upon delivery, notify Us within 7 days for a replacement or full refund.

7. Liability

  • We are not liable for:

    • Losses not caused by Our breach.

    • Business losses (e.g., lost profits).

    • Events outside Our reasonable control (e.g., postal strikes, floods).

  • Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the value of your Order.
